It's really choppy and suuuuuper scribbly because I took like 30 seconds to draw each frame. Please fill in the gaps and gloss over the art with your wonderful imagination! I made it in Windows Movie Maker which is an absolutely evil program =o=

What I'm looking for:
Everything! Wolves, foxes, fennec foxes, ferrets, servals, bobcats, tigers, other big cats, small cats, deers, dragons, gryphons, dogs, birds, hybrids, original species.. bring it!
I'm leaving the details to your imagination, but here are some things I really like:
-White base color with black and red markings<33 (mostly on canines)
-Cute and fluffy things! No need to go all big eyes and oversized heads, but animals with fur. Creepy and slimy things just aren't my thing.. Still don't be afraid to make something dark/evil
-Anything tribal
-Native american stuff

The Echo chamber dilemmaThe promise of the Internet was that unlimited information and experiences would draw us together. But instead it seems to have driven us apart.
For years I've observed this behavior but haven't been able to vocalize it correctly. Originally I called the behavior of collective opinions as "the hive mentality" of the Internet. But that wasn't exactly right and I often got called out on it. The most prominent example was when I made a comic about a guy disagreeing with opinions and being shouted at till he remained quiet, eventually fading into the background with everyone else. The consensus of that comic was that if you disagree with someone you aren't bullied into not speaking, but instead are free to go someplace else where people who do agree with you exist. And you know what? That wasn't what i was trying to convey, but is sadly true. The Internet is not a hive mind. It's many tiny pocket echo chambers of mutual agreements.
And this is becoming a growing problem, I think, because n

Callibrate your Wacom tutorialHad you finally made the transition from intuos 3 to intuos 4?, or Are you rich to change into an intuos 5? Had you made the transition from a first generation cintiq to the new ones?. More levels of pressure will mean more quality to the paintings, am i right?.
Did you thought that by default the pen will it be like using butter on bread?, you try it for the first time and you love all of it, you said i have sooooooo much control on my strokes im having a blast. Then only to realize you only have total control of the brush but when you are moving it really slow?. But when you do quick strokes the pressure drops a lot of paint making you redraw tons of stuff?

A good excuse to make a new journal after very long time.

Tarsiers! Totally awesome! I had a conversation with my mom the other night and I was shocked to hear she didn't think they were cute. I gave her a clay tarsier sculpture as a gift when I was twelve or eleven.

Yes, good "old" stuff is where it's at!

What, how can anyone think that tarsiers, tiny animals with huge eyes, aren´t cute? o_O And that tarsier-sculpture has to be awesome. Ever thought making another one?

Yeah, I don´t know why but most of the time I´m not nearly as intrested of the new movies that the older ones, it´s weird. I´m also a lot more forgiving for the old ones for their flaws. Heh.

No problem, this was a first time I got tagged for something like this, so I don´t mind. It was actually quite fun to do. Thanks for tag.

Same here, particularly with movies. It's terrible how biased I am! I've been spoiling myself by renting old movies from the local library and now I can hardly stand to watch any new ones.

Actually no, it´s far too bitter without a tons of sugar and milk.

But I´m still hopeful that caffeine in it might affect somehow so I keep drinking it still... and it´s not that bad either with all that sugar I put in it. XD
